i accidently clicked on the report button when i was chatting with a friend. what will happen now? and we are both seeing double of each other when we are on why?

The Report button doesn’t seem to do much of anything right away. Typically it needs to be clicked many times before Facebook take action. Nothing to worry about. I’ve no idea about the double posts.

My identity was stolen while in Mexico February 16th and NOTHING has been done. I have written everyone and all they say is to reset my password. The picture is mine for the profile, but the rest is from Indonesia. I also play Zynya Poker and had over 16 million in chips and that was taken because it is linked to FB. All my friends say my profile is missing on their pages. Why can’t something be done? I am so frustrated trying to get Zynga and FB to help me. I had some dear friends and opics of grandchildren.

Have you filled out any of the forms above? I would try several of them, especially the ones where you can submit screenshots.

If I were you I would march straight to facebook HQ and make them help you.

Try forwarding it to abuse@facebook.com though I don’t know if that is still active. Best to just delete.

I am having an issue when placing a like box on my website. When I am logged into Facebook it works fine but when I am not I get a red box error message saying the page is “The page you are trying to access is restricted or unavailable”. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I used their code and am border line frustrated with their help section. I can’t find any.

    Hi Mari,

Firstly, I must say that, I’m the big follower of yours 🙂 I’m the page administor and representative of a popular band, which is in Turkey, and I want to merge non-official pages to an official page.

I need some answers. How can I report this situation to Facebook and how can I prove that I’m the representative? Can you explain the process and the things that I must to do, please

Looking forward to your answers! Thank you so much!

My brother passed away last month and there is a way to memoralize his Facebook page, unfortunately Facebook is asking for some complicated information that I have no clue what they are talking about. Can you possibly help me out. Please respond to msj1057@yahoo.com. Thank you.

    Please can someone help me?

Let me start by saying I don’t have a Facebook account. -yeh, you read right.

I have recently received emails regarding my ‘new’ facebook account. -huh? First it was to confirm my new account. I ignored it. (It did state if I received this email in error to ignore.) Another email came with a last chance to confirm my new facebook account. I ignored it. Today, I received an email asking me to confirm my wish to change my facebook password.

Again, I do not have a facebook account. I have NEVER had a facebook account.

The emails are directed to someone, not my name, but to my email.

The first time I thought perhaps the person errored when typing her email and this would end when I didn’t confirm. But it hasn’t. I have had the same email address for 10+ years.

I have discovered I can’t contact facebook. Apparently, not even subscribers of facebook can, so where does that leave me?

I want to alert facebook to this situation. And protect my email.

Please, someone tell me, who can I contact about this?

Change your password on your email address is the quickest way to resolve this issue. Evidently whoever is using your address also knows your password.
