Hello there!

Is your March full of madness? Or full of gladness? hehee

I’m pleased to say, I’m getting all my systems in order so I’m full of gladness right now! I hired, Process Prodigy, Beth Schneider, to help do her magic on my business systems over the next year.

If you’re familiar with the amazing work of W. Edwards Deming, you may know that 92% of failures/breakdowns in business are due to systems, not people. But if you’re not a natural systems thinker, or you need a bigger systems thinker, then for sure look at getting outside help.

I’m also getting set up on MemberGate thanks to my bud, Tim Kerber. I’ll finally be in membership site heaven after many long months of an uber bumpy ride testing out lots of other platforms!

Plus, my speaking schedule continues to heat up!! Just added Dan Kennedy & Bill Glazer’s Infosummit + Arielle Ford and Mike Koenigs’ 21st Century Marketing event in the fall. I am so truly honored to speak for such prestigious peeps whom I’ve admired for eons.

This pic was taken in January at David Neagle’s exclusive Million Dollar Entrepreneur Achievement Award Ceremony. (The first time ever I’ve signed an NDA and known nothing about an event… and attended anyway. SO glad I did: Fabienne – along with Christine Kloser – won the award for being David’s top seven-figure mentees! The event was nothing short of spectacular, with a surprise guest appearance from actress, Marisa Tomei.

Growing Your Following on Twitter is a two part process:

(1) Finding targeted people to follow on a regular basis – daily is good!

The fastest way to get more followers, is to follow more people. Here’s one of the best posts I’ve seen in awhile to know where to find specific types of people on Twitter: 14 Twitter Directories To Find New Friends [via CNET]. Also, keep your eye on leaderboards like TwitterGrader Top Users and The Retweetability Index and Tracking Twitter and follow the peeps who stand out for you the most.

(2) Providing good quality content + interaction when you can.

To make sure your followers continue following you, give them something to stimulate their brains, businesses and bank accounts! 😉 If you’re ever stuck for content, here are a few ideas for you:

Tweet inspirational quotes.

Tweet excerpts from your own articles, blog posts, ebooks, print books… even your sales page!

Tweet questions – simple, though-provoking questions!Look at the top ten trending topics on

Go to Twitter Search at any given time for topics to retweet and/or engage in.

Go to Retweetist to see what’s hot in retweeted tweets.
